How to Order

SALES POLICY

Thank you for your interest in Classical Pearls™ Herbal Formulas. Please note that Classical Pearls sells exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals for resale to their patients and clients and to students at accredited medical institutions. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

We must have a copy of your license or student ID card on file before we will fill your order. You can do this via FAX or scanned email attachment. Once received we will keep a copy of your license on file for future orders.

EMAIL a scanned attachment of your license or medical student ID to . The attachment must be a common standard file size (less than 400kb) and in common standard format (.pdf, .jpg, MS Word .doc, etc.)

PRICES

Please contact our sales department to receive up-to-date information on wholesale (practitioner) prices. A 10% volume discount is available for orders over $450, and a 20% discount for orders over $1,000. Please note that herb prices are occasionally subject to dramatic shifts due to market and climate conditions. This is especially true for the organic and wild-crafted specialty materials that Classical Pearls strives to utilize as much as possible. Classical Pearls therefore reserves the right to adjust its pricing as needed. If our prices change, we will make every effort to notify our customers in timely fashion.

TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

To place a phone order, please call 1-(503)-695-2985. Our office is open Mon-Fri 9-5 Pacific Standard Time. First-time orders must be placed by phone. Subsequent orders can be placed by phone, email, fax or mail.

To place an order by FAX, please first contact for an order form. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Unless other shipping service is requested, we will ship UPS Ground. Other possible shipping services include Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select. The cost for these services will be passed on to the customer. If your order is received in our office before 1:00 PM, it will usually ship that day.

SPECIAL SHIPPING POLICIES FOR AK AND HI

Orders to AK and HI will ship by Priority U.S. Mail. We will do our best to send the order out within 24 hours. The minimum shipping charge on these orders is $8.00.

RETURNS

Due to regulations we can accept returns only on goods that are received in your office in damaged condition or shipped to you in error. If your package arrives in damaged condition, please call us immediately and preserve the packaging materials, as a UPS representative may need to inspect the package. Please call for a return authorization before shipping goods back to us. When the authorized returns arrive in our office, a credit will be applied to your account.

Once you have received your return authorization from our office, you can mail the merchandise with a copy of the original invoice to: Classical Pearls, P.O. Box 402, Corbett, OR 97019.
