ANNOUNCEMENT – Recent Changes to Inventory and Supply

UPDATED 8/4/2017

Some in our community of practitioners have been asking about our recent inventory issues with a few formulas and single herb extracts...

inventory-webRecently, we have experienced some challenges producing pure, concentrated herbal powders that don't harden or clump (especially important for the single herb extracts that are used clinically in powder form). This phenomenon occurs due to the naturally high levels of complex polysaccharides, plant resins, and oils. The task of producing these powders has proven more difficult since the purity and quality of our herbs have only increased since the company began. We are unwilling to compromise on the purity and efficacy of the herbs by adding unwanted excipients and chemical stabilizers.

That said, we are pleased to announce our partnership with one of China’s most advanced and esteemed herbal production facilities. From the results of our inaugural production run, we are very optimistic that this will be a successful long-term solution to the issue. In fact, the first batch of new powders may be the best we've ever tasted. We should be able to produce a concentrated powder that is less prone to clump or harden. It's taken some time to transition to this new production facility, which is why some of our formulas and single herbs have been low or temporarily out of stock.

We understand how important it is to have a consistently supplied herbal pharmacy, both for you and your patients, so we thank for your patience and loyalty. If ever you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us through the website, by email info@classicalpearls.orgor by phone (503) 695-2985.
