We are all facing great challenges in these extraordinary times. We understand that many of our customers are part of the front-line effort in supporting your patients, families, and communities by keeping them healthy and addressing the unique challenges that arise as a result of the COVID-19 / coronavirus crisis around the world.
Please know we are working long, hard hours to keep up with the unprecedented volume of orders received in the last couple of weeks. We are so humbled to be able to provide these herbal formulas to you and your patients in this time of need. The substantial increase in orders is a testament to the power of classical Chinese medicine in treating complex modern diseases, and it should offer great hope to all of us.
Updates to Operations and Shipping
As we process the hundreds of existing orders and look towards the many more we expect in the coming weeks and months, we want to communicate some important updates to our operations:
- Please know we have a large inventory of formulas available and are currently coordinating with our bottling facility to ensure that we continue to meet the demand. With few exceptions, we have plenty of inventory and are confident that we will be able to keep your clinics and patients well stocked.
- There is currently (and temporarily) a quantity limit on a few formulas in order to make sure everyone can get these formulas while the next batches are being manufactured and bottled. The products where these limits are in place will be noted on the website and in your shopping cart. The thresholds are not necessarily low and they will be lifted once our inventory is replenished. Know that we will have these formulas available for a long time, and please consider all the people who need these formulas instead of stock-piling. This is simply a temporary measure.
- Due to the recent and significant spike in orders, we are a couple days behind on shipping orders. Your order will likely ship 3-4 days from the time it's received (though this can change as order volume fluctuates). We’re doing our best to ship out as many orders as physically possible every day and working overtime to do so.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to answer phone calls right now. Please email us at email@example.com if you need to get in contact with us about your order. The best option is to order online through our website. We are still processing email orders and are checking voicemails if you do not have access to the internet, though shipment on those orders may be delayed slightly more.
